To reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to environmental preservation, we consolidate shipments and prepare your packages throughout the week. All orders are shipped on Saturday to optimize deliveries and minimize our ecological impact. 🌿
We do not offer express shipping at the moment, but we are committed to shipping your orders with care and efficiency. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting more responsible consumption! 💚

⚠️ Carriers & Responsibility for Delivery Errors
Deliveries are handled by Colissimo (La Poste), Mondial Relay, DHL, and other partner carriers.
🚨 Kemeho First Lady cannot be held responsible for errors committed by these third-party services, including:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address by the carrier
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping provider
- Packages marked as "delivered" but not received
In such cases, we recommend that customers contact the carrier directly using their tracking number.
⚠️ Taxes & Customs Fees
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes.
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Kemeho First Lady under any circumstances.
⚠️ Withdrawal Period
In accordance with applicable law, customers have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product.
📌 Exceptions to the withdrawal policy:
- Hygiene and organic cosmetic products, as well as all other cosmetics on the site (soaps, shampoos, hair and body care) cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.
- Silk and satin items (bonnets, scarves, accessories) cannot be returned to maintain their integrity and ensure that each customer receives a brand-new, unused product.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
