Preamble
These general terms and conditions govern the entire relationship between the website kemehofirstlady.com and its customers. By placing an order on the website, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.

The products offered are detailed on the website with their essential characteristics. Product photographs are non-contractual and may not fully reflect the final product.
2. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees may apply in addition, depending on the destination and delivery method chosen.
3. Price Modification Policy
Product prices may be changed at any time without notice, depending on market fluctuations or production cost changes. The prices applicable are those at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC. An order confirmation is sent by email after validation, containing information regarding the order and delivery.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the payment methods accepted by Shopify (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). The customer guarantees having the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided during the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, but we strive to meet the expected deadlines. Shipping fees are added to the total order amount.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a 30-day period from the receipt of products to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened, unused, in their original packaging).
8. Warranty and Liability
The seller guarantees that the products conform to the description provided on the website. In case of non-compliance, the customer can request an exchange or refund within a reasonable period. The seller’s liability is limited to the order amount in case of dispute.
9. Personal Data
The collected information is used solely to process orders and send communications related to the services provided. The customer may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting customer service.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. If not, the competent courts will be those of the seller’s domicile or those provided by applicable law.

Kemeho First Lady cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure, disruption of site activity, or incidents beyond its control such as technical failures, payment errors, delivery delays, or mistakes by customers.
